Good location. Nice and clean rooms. New and nicely decorated hotel. For my birthday they surprised me with a glass of champagne.

First off for a hotel not long open i was very impressed. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and comfy and they have a nice bar aswell. Breakfast wasn't available as their kitchen isn't open yet but i was made aware of that by email before i arrived. That wasn't really a problem as the hotel is in the middle of town so there are plenty of options of places to eat. I will diffinetly stay here again.

The hotel was so nice and friendly that they upgraded my and my son's room for St Patrick's Holiday long weekend (3 days). We had two separate double beds which is great. I was totally amazed with the quality and cleaning service in the rooms. All staff members were so friendly and caring.

This place was amazing from start to finish. Eimear at reception was extremely friendly. The room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bridge lane was just as nice with extremely friendly staff there also! Perfect spot , central to everything . Would highly recommend.

The bed was really comfortable and the facilities are really clean. The air conditioning works perfectly as well.

The beds were unreal and the pillows I wish we could have taken them home... Online says no views but from my room we were facing the mountains with I loved

It was my birthday weekend and the staff left a hand written note with 2 g&ts to celebrate my birthday. The rooms were stunning, they thought of everything ! There was ear plugs and sleep spray for your pillow, lovely shampoo, conditioner and body wash ❤️ food was gorgeous in the restaurant and the staff were amazing from front desk to the bar staff! Location was amazing, right next to Sean Ogs bar and most of the popular bars and restaurants in Tralee.

I travel alot for work and have honestly never met a more help and friendly staff. We asked to extend our stay over nights they were actually due to be closed and they didn't even hesitate to keep the hotel open just for us!

Central in Tralee town next to Garda station , walking distance to all amenities. Good busy bar downstairs.
